The First Video in a Post!

Sometimes eating food by yourself can be good, but also bad. I usually say bad because you have no one to talk to and it gets really boring. A perfect solution to that is having dinner with a family or friend because then you actually enjoy your food. It’s kind of weird because you wouldn’t expect yourself to enjoy a meal better just by eating with other people, but for me, it does. When I eat dinner with friend or family (especially, my family), we always talk about funny things, so when you are about to think about something else, it’s just too hard to resist laughing along. Sometimes I don’t realize it but this happens to me a lot! When my family and I ate one night, I suggested we play a game. We wanted to see who could hold out a note the longest. It was real funny because when you here your own voice (uhhhhhhhhhhhh), you start laughing and stop holding out the note. Almost everyone laughed and I held out the note for 17 seconds! Watch these two videos to get the laugh of your life.

Nate, I had some classes with your Dad when we were in school together and he looked like his video in his early morning sessions…

Another benefit of eating alone is that there is no one hounding you about manners. You can shovel food in your mouth, chew with your mouth open, wipe your mouth on your sleeve, lean back in your chair, burp really loud, slurp your food, make that really loud haaaaa sound after you drink. I’m pretty sure this is what your Mom does after you go to school.

I want in on this competition! 17 seconds doesn’t seem that long. Plus shouldn’t there be a quality of note adjustment? Automatic 5 second deduction for the not a note sound your Dad was making. I had to turn the volume down…
