Hi every one, I am having fun in Italy!!! Decided to take a break for a little while, but when you get back, you can expect about 5 posts in one week. Maybe a little more! Meanwhile, how about you tell me what your favorite Italian foods are! That way I can try it someday and reply back!

Hi Uncle Sof, I have never eaten veal before. Is it good? I think it tastes like steak. Or lamb. Too bad we did not bump into each other in Italy!!!

It would have been great to have met up in Italy. I guess we will have to settle for Bay Area, hopefully soon. Veal tastes less like lamb and more like a juicy tender steak to me. I might have to crash that Gelato party (or just respond to that post)…

Hi, Nate! Wow, Italy! I wish I could visit. One of my favorite things to eat is proscuitto. Does it taste different in Italy than it does in the US?

The proscuitto is really different in America because it is always too salty. Thats why I like eating proscuitto in Italy. Especially on a yummy margarita pizza!!! Also, I love eating proscuitto with cheese rolls. Yum!!!
