Hey Nate! We’re in Taiwan eating up a storm too! Last night we took a break from Chinese food and went to an Italian restaurant! Cooper ordered Pasta Carbonara and of course loved it. Except they use bacon instead of pancetta here. Not as authentic I know but still good. My favorite pasta dish when we went to Italy was the ink squid pasta. But linguini vongole is definitely a favorite of mine too! Now, when is that food party?! 😜
