Whenever I eat ribs, bbq sauce gets all over my hands and face, so I have to use a bajillion napkins to wipe it all off. It happens every time, every single time! What if there were ribs that did nit have the bone on, so you did not have to pick it up with your hands like a cave man? That would be awesome, except for the fact that the meat you eat would not taste as good because without the bone, all the flavor drains away. If there was a process to strip off all the meat after cooking it with the bone on, then that would be the best meal ever! You can just use your fork and nothing will get dirty! I got this idea from shark tank, an investing show. A person came up with this process to strip all the meat off, so that’s what inspired me to write this. Two great side dishes for this meal might be mashed potatoes and seasoned green beans, the perfect family dinner. Finally, a question for you all, what might be your two side dishes you would cook along with this? There’s definitely a lot of different options and I think almost all of them are going to be different.
I like brussels sprouts and some kind of salad & corn on the cobb. Did the guy get a good deal from Mr. Wonderful for his boneless rib idea? Did he have a patent?

I think so, many investors offered up a deal, but I forgot which investor got the deal!

Nate, just got done spray n washing your shorts from the kalbi ribs grease from tonight’s dinner. We need an invention for that too! I love cornbread and creamed spinach.

Nate, was rad catching waves with you Sunday. But every time I see you, I think your talents could go much further by inventing versus writing about other people’s food. For example, have you heard of churro ice cream sandwiches? You don’t even need to see it to know that’s a great idea, was voted one of the hottest new food ideas recently – https://instagram.com/p/5RBBF-u99i/?taken-by=churroboroughla! There are endless possibilities to mix and match different foods – I’m only going to say this one more time, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXsQAXx_ao0.

Nate, can you show me the Shark Tank invention?! I tend to use a fork and knife to cut off the meat (because I don’t like the way my hands still feel sticky after I use paper towels to wipe them), but I find that a lot of meat is left on the bone and feel wasteful! My favorite side dishes are corn kernels and rice.
