“Aw, you are so lucky,” moans Graham, a friend of mind. If you’re wondering what I am lucky about, it is ……… my moms taste bud exploding baked potato bar! Think about a regular baked potato, but take it to the next level. What are the basic ingredients to a baked potato? Cheese, bacon (my mouth is watering right now), broccoli (my mom usually puts broccoli, but in the picture below, we only had tomatoes), sour cream, and fronions (Fried onions) are all possible answers (no seriously, my mouth is literally watering right now, is yours?). Guess what my mom puts in, all of them! Since I only receive this meal once a week, I always am very careful about how to eat it. Here’s my way of eating this amazing dish:
- Eat the first few potatoes with just a little sour cream.
- Eat the rest of the potatoes with a little bit of everything.
- Get your spoon out and wolf down the rest of the components.
- Finally, use your finger and scoop out the rest of the sour cream and eat it.
- Be happy because today, your mom forgot to put in the tomatoes (No veggies today, woohoo, woohoo, woohoo)!
Of course there are many more ways to eat a baked potato, but I have a feeling that mine is pretty popular!
Nate I just had a baked potato for dinner but yours looks better!

Your mom has awesome ideas for lunch! I love how she finds creative ways to make vegetables like tomatoes and broccoli so delicious. Each day at lunch must be exciting to open your lunch and see what your mom has packed.
