Hmm, you might be thinking. What is the special dish my mom has created? The famous mini ice cream sandwiches! Perfect for the holidays, we recently made and devoured these desserts at a Christmas party. This amazing dessert is easy to make, delicious to eat, bite sized, and a very cool sight when put together. Now if you look at a big ice cream sandwiches, these are the pros:

1. You get a lot of ice cream

Only one. Here are the cons:

1. Usually, you only get a 6 in a pack
2. Not bite sized
3. Can get a teeth burn really easily

Let’s do the same thing, but with my mom’s mini ice cream sandwiches:

Pros:

1. Bite size
2. Easy to make
3. Can eat a variety of ice cream flavors
4. Won’t get a teeth burn
5. Fun to make

Cons:

1. Nothing

Look at the difference, it really unbelievable! If you’re wondering how easy it is to make these desserts, I can give you the recipe. First, what might be a good cookie for this type of sandwich? I know what you’re thinking, it’s an Oreo! Back to the first step, strip all the white stuff from the Oreos and then eat it (just joking, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha lol lol lol lol lol). Afterwards, add a lot of ice cream and put it on the serving tray. It’s that simple! Mini ice cream sandwiches are a way to experience all the great ice cream flavors including vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and mint. When you eat a big ice cream sandwich, your mom usually tells you to stop eating it half way. When eating my mom’s mini ice cream sandwiches, you can eat at least three with out getting told to stop!
